What we collect
When you sign up we collect: your business name, your name, phone number, email, Facebook page link, and approximate monthly ad budget. While managing your campaigns we access Facebook Ads data solely to monitor and report on your campaign performance.
Facebook integration
Pulsyo uses Facebook Login to sign you in and connect your Facebook Page and Ads account in a single confirmation. We request: public_profile and email (to match your Facebook email to an existing Pulsyo account — if no account exists, you're taken to a short onboarding form to start one, using only your Facebook name and email to begin that new record), pages_show_list (let you select a Page), pages_read_engagement (read Page information and activity), pages_read_user_content (read posts, comments, and reviews), pages_manage_posts (publish posts on your behalf, only with your confirmation), ads_management (create and manage campaigns), and ads_read (read performance data). These permissions are used exclusively to identify your account and manage your Page and ad campaigns. You can revoke Pulsyo's access at any time from within the app (Settings → Facebook Page → Disconnect Facebook) or from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
How we use it
Everything we collect is used only to create, optimize, and report on your Facebook ad campaigns. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party — except Facebook, which is the advertising platform your campaigns run on.
Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as you use Pulsyo. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. Want it deleted sooner? See our data deletion page or email us and we'll wipe everything within 48 hours.
Your rights
You may request to view, correct, or delete your data at any time. If you remove Pulsyo from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings, we automatically receive a deletion request from Meta and will delete your data within 30 days.
Security
We use HTTPS and standard encryption. Access to your Facebook Ads account is granted by you and can be revoked at any time directly from your Facebook settings.
