What data we hold

Pulsyo stores: business name, your name, phone number, email, Facebook page information, and ad campaign status records.

Automatic deletion — via Facebook

Removing Pulsyo from your Facebook Apps automatically triggers the deletion process:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Pulsyo Ads and click Remove
3. Facebook automatically sends us a deletion request
4. All your data is deleted within 30 days

Manual deletion request

You can also request deletion without going through Facebook — email hello@pulsyo.app with:

• Your full name
• The email or phone number you signed up with

We'll confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
